A non refundable deposit of $100 is required for all rentals. Also, if a rental is cancelled less than 7 business days of the event, the full price of the rental will be charged. Forms of payment accepted are cash, cash app, and credit card (visa, mc, American express and/or discover).

DELIVERY OF RENTAL ITEMS
Equipment is delivered on the day of the event. Any deliveries made after business hours are subject to additional fees. Pick up of items are done on the following business day. Any request for pick up on a specific day needs to be arranged when the order is placed. Depending on the complexity of the delivery or in cases where the location is difficult to access, additional fees may apply.
EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING PROPERLY OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT?
PLEASE CALL 804-234-3613 or 804-836-6966 IF THERE IS ANY MALFUNCTION OR DAMAGE TO ANY RENTAL ITEMS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY RENTAL ITEMS UNLESS WE ARE NOTIFIED THE DAY OF THE EVENT. PLEASE, SEND A TEXT MESSAGE AND LEAVE A MESSAGE ON OUR VOICE MAIL IF NO ONE ANSWERS RIGHT AWAY.
Damage/Loss Responsibility
Royal Rentals is not responsible for any damages or injury caused to the customer. The customer will use items properly and be solely responsible for any injury caused by our rentals.
As the customer, you are responsible for any damage, theft or misuse of the rental item(s). *Any and all fees will be charged to credit card on file.
** Remittance of final payment is acknowledgement of client and binds clint to legal agreement of all terms and conditions as stated on Royal Rental website and invoice.
